This Film Festival is for Middle school and High school students. The student who participate in the festival make their own films from 30 seconds 20 minutes. This program is provided for youth who may one day want to be in the filming industry. Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation works with local school districts, community- based organizations, and local businesses to develop programs and activities, such as a back to school giveaway. Which ensure that youth complete high school and go to college or trade school.
